How do I share my screen?

• Both attendees and assessors are able to share their screens during activities, by clicking the Share Screen button at the top of the screen:

• This will open a pop-up in your browser and you will be able to select what program or screen you would like to share:

• Please note, if you select an option under Entire screen, everything open on your screen at this time will be shown – not just VAC content.
• You should also avoid sharing the window which has the VAC platform open for the best experience.
• Please be aware that Safari does not offer the option of which program or screen to share. We strongly encourage you to use Chrome when using Events, especially if on a Mac device.
• To minimise the screen share and switch back to viewing the activity content, hover over the screen share and click the Minimize button in the top right.
• To return the screen share to full view, hover over the minimised screen share and click the Maximise button.
