How do I access the Washup Matrix?

• To access the Washup Matrix during a live Assessment Centre, select the Washup Matrix button in the top right corner of the Event Host view. You can access this at any point during the live VAC to check the status of Assessor scoring.

• Within the Washup Matrix, each activity has its own section with columns for each of the strength scores, and there is also an exercise total.

• You can choose to toggle weighted totals and numerical scores on or off. If you hover over a cell, you can see the status of Assessor scoring.
• Each cell can contain a score or a status:
  • Blank = Has not been scored yet
  • Scores Differ = Multiple Assessors have scores, and their scores are different
  • In Progress = 1 Assessor has completed scoring, but other Assessors assigned have not yet completed scoring
  • Score = Single Assessor has completed scoring, or multiple Assessors have scored and have given the same score

• If you hover over a cell and it shows multiple scores, this is because multiple Assessors have been allocated to the scoring of the Attendee, so all their scores are shown.
