- If the cell states scores differ, or an Assessor flags to the Event Host that they would like to change a score, then the Event Host will need to override the score in the Washup Matrix.
- If Assessors have scored the strength differently, the Event Host should reach out to the Assessors to confirm what score they want to give the candidate.
- To override a score, click into the relevant cell and this will prompt a pop-up to open:
- The window will show Assessor scores and Assessor notes and an option to Show Scoring Override. Once you have selected show scoring override, the Event Host can add in a new score and notes are required as well:
- Once the score has been overridden, this score will then appear in the Matrix.
