How do I add notes after the Event has closed?

• Once an Event finishes, Assessors have 2 hours to add scores and notes to the system.
• After 2 hours, Assessors can add scores for up to 24 hours.
• If notes need to be added after this period, the Event Host will need to override the score and add notes via the Washup Matrix.
• Log into the system via the event-participation URL, and find the Event you wish to add scores and notes to. You will see a button entitled View Washup Matrix:

• Click into this, and then click into the relevant cell which will prompt a pop up window:

• Select Show Scoring Override and this will allow you to add scores and notes for the candidate:
• You must enter a score to add new notes. This can be the same or different to the assessors score.
