How do I export the Washup Matrix?

• Once all candidates have been scored and finalized by all Assessors, the score matrix can then be exported from the platform by an Event Host/Manager to support a wash-up conversation with consideration of your agreed decision rules.
• In order to do this, first navigate to your Washup Matrix – there will be a blue button on the top right entitled Export:

• Once exported, this will download as an Excel spreadsheet that you will need to open and enable editing of:

• If you have been provided with an offline washup matrix template with thresholds applied, please follow the steps below.
• Select and copy the rows of the candidate data within the exported matrix:

• Select the Washup Matrix tab in the offline matrix template and right click on the first empty cell in the Attendee column:

• Then Paste the content you have copied from the exported matrix. This will paste in any formulas for total/weight activity scores:

• To then view the Attendee’s scores in light of the agreed decision rules, click on Formatted Matrix and this will contain the final automatically populated scores:
