How do I reactivate a deactivated user?

• You cannot open a deactivated record, or interact with it in any way except to "reactivate" it. This makes it a normal non-deactivated record again.
• Click the reactivate button next to a deleted user: 

• Click Yes, reactivate to confirm. 
• You can also reactivate records in bulk by selecting multiple users and clicking Reactivate:
