- Before exporting assessment responses, use the filters to narrow down the set of records to those that you want to export:
- Please note that paging will not be applied to the export, but there is a limit to the number of records that can be exported at once.
- Alternatively, you can export a small number of records by selecting them.
- Use the tick boxes to select the relevant assessments and click Export to begin the export process:
- Fill out the necessary information:
- If you have selected records using the tick boxes, the Export Selected Records Only option will be shown, and will be on by default:
- By default, the export will contain the same columns that you have enabled within the table.
- To export all available columns, you can enable the Include All Assessment Response Columns setting:
- You can also specify individual columns to include or exclude using the column select option.
- Click the Assessments Response Columns to open the dropdown and select which columns you want to include:
- Click away from the column select to close it.
- The next options control:
- Whether or not question data (and associated scores and totals) are included in the export
- Whether or not question data will be split onto a new worksheet
- Whether or not notes will be included
- Exports can be encrypted and password protected. This setting is enabled by default. If it's enabled, you must enter a password.
- Requirements for the password will be displayed,
- Click the tick box to disable password protection if preferred:
- Click Export to download the export once you have configured all of the options that you need:
