- Self-led bookings are an alternate way to book attendees onto Event Bookings.
- To add self-led booking to an existing Event Booking, first create an event group by going to the Event Groups tab and clicking Create Event Group.
- If you need to limit which events can be added to the Event Group, select one or more event templates in the Allow Event Templates dropdown.
- Next, on your event booking, click Edit Booking and select the Event Group to the group you have just created.
- When an event booking is first added to a group, attendees won't immediately be able to join it. To allow attendees to join, navigate back to the Event Group, go to the Event Bookings tab, and select Accept self-led bookings on any booking(s) you would like them to join.
- In the Details tab, you will see a link that can be provided to attendees to allow them to join bookings within this group.
- When using the self-led booking functionality, attendees will be able to join any bookings that meet the following criteria:
- The booking is in the future
- The booking is accepting Self-Led bookings
- The booking has attendee spaces available
