- When a user runs the troubleshooter, it is stored against their user record in Event Builder.
- To view a user's troubleshooting reports, either:
- Navigate to the Users menu and search for that user. Click into the user's record.
- When viewing an event, go to the Attendee/Assessor record and click Open User Record.
- Navigate to the Troubleshooting Reports tab from the top bar.
- If the user has run the troubleshooter, you will see any results here, starting with the most recent results.
- Clicking on a report will show additional details.
